Monopoly competition and floor meeting

Floor 10 to the victory! Well not quite, we were last ones in our pool. :D The 18 floors had been divided into four pools, of which the winner got to the final. The pools lasted only for 50 minutes so the ones who won were the ones ones that got to buy the most expensive properties. There was no time for anyone to get bankrupt.
Even though it didn't last long, it was fun. The competition was on 7th February in the evening starting 22:00. Events like these usually start quite late as many people have team practices until late at night and lectures can end at 8:30pm or something.

Floor 10 team!
On 6th February we had the floor evaluation meeting, which was held 23:00-02:30 and each floormate had to be present.

We had to fill an evaluation form and write what we have done in the hall and on the floor and which events we have participated. The form had questions you were supposed to answer so it was easy to fill.

After filling we went through everyone's paper according to the room number and then people were free to comment what they think about each other. As last ones the floor representatives give their comments. There was also a person from the hall student association present to write everything down.

Anyway our floor has a great spirit and wonderful people that get along with each other really well. Our floor's tutor told us that when she had discussed about the floors' problems with other tutors, there wasn't anything to discuss about our floor as everything is going so well. Floor 10, perfect* indeed! :)

After the floor meeting we ate ice cream and cake... at 2:30am. Those were gifts from another tutor who had borrowed our brand new hand blender and made bad scratches on some of the parts. But Dreyer's ice cream... so... good! Best ice cream ever. "Cookies 'n cream" and "Mint chocolate chip" <3 You probably can't get these from Finland, but at least the mint one tastes just like the Magi ice cream you can get from Hietsu.

Good thing that I do sports here, otherwise I would gain many kilos from all the delicious desserts.

* in Cantonese the numbers have meanings as some other words have pronunciation near to the numbers'. 10 = sap6 ---> sap6 cyun4 sap6 mei5 = perfect
